Credentialing Coordinator

We're seeking an experienced Credentials Coordinator to join the Medical Staff Services team at a 151-bed acute care hospital in the heart of Napa Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong credentialing experience and industry certifications. Requirements Minimum 2 years of Medical Staff Credentialing Coordinator experience CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) or CPMSM (Certified Professional Medical Services Management) certification required Experience with provider credentialing, privileging, and primary source verification Strong knowledge of medical staff bylaws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Key Responsibilities Manage provider initial appointments, reappointments, and privileging processes Perform primary source verification and maintain accurate credentialing files Coordinate provider onboarding, orientation, system access, and badging Maintain medical staff databases and confidential records Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical staff bylaws, and regulatory standards Support Medical Staff Services with credentialing and provider lifecycle activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
