With newly built, state-of-the-art training facilities, they deliver hands-on programs in plumbing, HVAC, facilities maintenance, and electromechanical systems.

What You'll Do

Hands-On Instruction & Curriculum Delivery

• Deliver engaging, hands-on plumbing instruction (residential & light commercial)
• Teach core topics including pipe systems, installation, troubleshooting, and code compliance
• Develop lesson plans, lab exercises, and assessments aligned with industry standards
• Adapt instruction to meet the needs of adult learners with varying experience levels
• Track student progress and provide coaching, feedback, and remediation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, safety practices, and codes
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse learners
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills (email, recordkeeping, LMS platforms)

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent certification
• Teaching, training, or mentoring experience (especially with adult learners)
• Experience in workforce development or apprenticeship programs

$30 - $50 an hour
