Distribution Supervisor

Job Summary Full‑time distribution center lead responsible for day‑to‑day operations of a team, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals are met. Shift starts at 8:00pm. Key Responsibilities Supervise assigned area associates and monitor workloads. Develop and maintain an effective organization through selection, training, development, and motivation of associates. Set process standards and measure and report on work function standards weekly. Manage WMS functions and related reports on DC metrics. Ensure safety, productivity, and continuous improvement programs are established and followed. Manage process‑improvement projects, reviewing proposals to define time frames, resources, and limitations. Interview, hire, and terminate associates in coordination with Human Resources. Train, assist, and remove barriers that block associates from reaching company goals. Interact and coordinate activities with other company groups. Track employee hours, discipline, and time off via Workday. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Ability to manage and motivate a team structured workforce. Strong planning, organization, interpersonal skills, and effective verbal and written communication. Good knowledge of distribution activities and systems, including WMS. Understanding of Lean principles (lean processes, 6S, standard work, process audits) is a plus. Ability to handle multiple priorities. High School Diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years related distribution experience in a leadership position preferred. Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). Demonstrated ability to communicate in English; Spanish bilingual preferred. Proven track record of stability and dependability. Ability to use RF scanner or WMS workstation. Able to operate lift equipment as assigned. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis; push/pull up to 75 lbs. Able to stand/walk on concrete surface for 8+ hours per day with regular bending, reaching, and crouching. Location & Compensation Nashville, TN Distribution Center (Only). Annual base pay ranges from $71,900 to $92,800; additional $113,700 annual option depending on experience, role, internal equity, geographic location, and other factors.
