This position is essential for providing exceptional clinical and personal care to our residents. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patient needs and create as well as update individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document any changes in patient conditions. Work collaboratively with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), therapists, physicians, and family members to ensure the dignity, safety, and independence of each resident. Supervise nursing staff and maintain accurate records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Adhere to infection control protocols and regulatory requirements. Engage in continuous training and contribute to quality improvement efforts within our network. Qualifications and Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to providing compassionate care.
