Registered Dental Hygienist

Job Opportunity
What We Offer:
- 2-4 weeks onboarding and training program for all new hygienists
- Our average hygienist sees only 6-7 patients a day
- We do not have accelerated hygiene in any of our offices
- Starting base pay between $43-50/hr based on experience and skill set
- We pay to laser certify all our hygienists
- Our new compensation model allows hygienists to be compensated similar to doctor
- Our hygienists have daily production compensation
- No limit to hourly pay and additional compensation
- Technology includes digital x-rays, digital panos, CBCT, laser, iTero scans, and AI integration into x-rays
- Quarterly bonuses that allow high performing hygienist to make more than $55-$65/hr
- Paid CPR and Nitrous Certifications
- Innovative technology and software

- Full-time hygienist can make $100,000-$150,000+/year in our high care, low patient volume model

- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft

Position Requirements:
- Active Texas RDH license
- CPR Certified
- Reliable form of transportation
