Telemarketer (Part-Time Appointment Coordinator/Outreach Specialist)

We are seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time Telemarketer to join our team! This role primarily involves making phone calls to existing customers and setting appointments. No license is required to start, but there is potential for growth into a full-time role if you obtain the appropriate licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call existing customers (households) to schedule appointments.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during customer interactions.
• Keep accurate records of outreach efforts and appointments set.

Schedule:

• Flexible, with a focus on afternoons and evenings (2 days per week).

Compensation:

• $12$15 per hour, based on experience and abilities.
• Additional incentive pay of $1$2 per hour, depending on performance.
• Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and skills.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone presence.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Reliable and organized, with attention to detail.

• Our office is located in Philipsburg.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
• I am a proud graduate of Lock Haven University.
• We have 40 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
