Job Description:

MINIMUM 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SCALA AND SPARK REQUIRED

Expertise in big data technologies with extensive hands on Scala and spark

Strong experience in java, spring, spring boot, restful

8+ years of development experience and at least 4 year of working experience in big data stack

Expertise in schema design, developing data models and proven ability to work with complex data is required

Excellent grasp of integrating multiple data sources into an enterprise data management platform and can lead data storage solution design

Should be willing to take up the role of big data SME, who will advise various teams on architectural, design, performance tuning, cost efficiencies, and operations related issues

Ability to understand business requirements and building pragmatic/cost effective solutions using agile project methodologies

Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies, including 2 week release sprints

Perform requirements analysis and high quality code development

Review the code of coworkers and offer feedback

Design frameworks, libraries, and components that are reusable
