K’Far is hiring an experienced server to join our team!

Qualified applicants will join a team of committed servers, baristas, support staff and managers with a steadfast commitment to the highest hospitality standards and product knowledge in a fast paced, upscale casual atmosphere. The right candidate is both professional and personal, with an impeccable work ethic and a team player attitude.

This is a 2-4 shifts per week position with room to potentially grow into a full-time position over time, and weekends are mandatory. Please note that we are open 8am-5pm daily.

Direct responsibilities include:

- Maintaining high standards in a casual fine dining environment

- Having an acute attention to detail with guests

- Efficiently multi-tasking with a sense of urgency

- Flexibility and willingness to cross-train and potentially work multiple positions in the restaurant

- Professional attitude

- Punctual

- Supporting fellow front of house team members

Required Experience Includes:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience

- Experience Hosting

- High volume restaurant experience

- Some Barista experience/knowledge 

- Experience with Toast POS

- Some experience with Resy
