Position Overview The Construction Manager with LEMOINE oversees construction activities at the field level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all construction activities at the site level. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications. Develop, update, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor construction progress and implement necessary adjustments. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards. Resolve construction-related issues and conflicts promptly. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project reports and documentation. Secure required permits and licenses for construction activities. Identify , manage, and mitigate project risks effectively. Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management , or related field preferred. Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in the construction industry. Skills : Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role. Proficient in construction project management software, preferably P ro C ore . Strong skills in MS Suite . Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities and o utstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project documents. Certifications : Valid Driver's License . P referred : Project Management Professional (PMP), OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification, Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt), P roCore user Certification . Language : Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Working Conditions: Full-time position, with travel to project sites as required . The position may involve working in office and field environments, with a focus on construction sites. Ability to work on-site and in potentially challenging outdoor conditions during installation and construction phases. Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; make repetitive hand movement and fine coordination in the performance of daily duties; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
