Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions on various behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and executive functioning challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and circumstances.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver high-quality therapy, employing evidence-based practices and proven therapeutic techniques to facilitate client engagement.

• Monitor and document client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously, ensuring that all records comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to enhance the holistic care of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is a requirement.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Strong clinical skills coupled with a proven ability to form meaningful connections with clients.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interactions with both clients and multidisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting is preferred, along with familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload effectiveness.
