The Practice Manager (PM) plays a pivotal role in overseeing business strategy, financial performance, and team leadership within a high-end, service-driven environment. This position requires expertise in business planning, operational efficiency, and team development, ensuring seamless client experiences while driving growth and profitability. You must be an excellent team builder and skilled manager with P&L responsibility. Medical experience is preferred but not necessary. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in luxury wellness, aesthetic medicine, high-end hospitality, or premium retail.

Team Leadership & Client Experience

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional client journey.
• Develop team performance goals, foster engagement, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Implement staff scheduling and training to ensure seamless service execution.
• Lead weekly team meetings and regular coaching sessions, reinforcing service excellence and brand standards.
• Cultivate a culture of refinement, discretion, and attentiveness, reflecting high-end clientele expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in luxury service industries (aesthetics, high-end hospitality, wellness, or premium retail).
• Strong business acumen, financial oversight, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to develop and lead teams that cater to discerning clientele.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
