We are supporting an immediate project-based engagement for an organization undergoing an Aptean Ross v8 ERP implementation. Note this is a W2 engagement with Wave3Solutions and candidates must be authorized to work in the US.

This is an initial 3-month contract with potential for extension based on project needs and overall project dynamics. The focus is on bringing in a highly experienced Aptean Ross v8 resource who can provide both technical depth and thought leadership throughout the implementation.

Key Focus Areas:
• Aptean Ross v8 data cleansing, validation, and conversion
• Ross v8 system configuration and troubleshooting, including report development (SSRS), integrations and system extensions
• Understanding data structures, quality, dependencies, and downstream impacts
• Identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities within the implementation
• Providing technical guidance and thought leadership to the project team
• Knowledge transfer to internal staff, particularly around technical and system-related areas

What We Are Looking For:
• Hands-on experience with Aptean Ross v8 is required
• Deep technical understanding of the Ross ERP platform
• Strong experience with Ross v8 data conversion and data cleansing
• Strong understanding of data quality, structure, mapping, validation, and dependencies
• Experience with Ross v8 development and configuration
• Ability to handle advanced configurations and troubleshoot issues
• Ability to provide knowledge transfer and mentor client staff on technical topics
• Good communication skills with the ability to move naturally between business language and technical terminology
• Thought leadership and the ability to bring ideas, recommendations, and practical solutions to the table

Project Details:
• Immediate start
• Initial 3-month contract
• Potential for extension based on project needs and dynamics
• Milwaukee-area location preferred
• Approximately 50% onsite preferred, but not required for the right Ross v8 resource
• Remote flexibility is likely for the right candidate
• Travel to the client site may be required and approved travel expenses will be covered
• Reports to the VP of IT

This engagement is well suited for a seasoned Ross v8 professional who enjoys getting into the technical details, solving problems, influencing the direction of a project, and leaving the client with stronger knowledge and capability than they had before the engagement.
