We're opening a brand-new Miss A store at Park City Center — and hiring now!

MISS A is growing fast, and we're opening a new store at Park City Center in Lancaster, PA. We're looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead it from day one — a rare chance to be part of a store's founding team. As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to open the store, build and develop the team, and keep everything running at its best — from opening and closing to merchandising, inventory, and delivering a standout experience for every customer. Target start date: early August (tentative 8/7) — apply now so we can move quickly.

• Pay: $16.00 per hour .

What You'll Do

• Sales Leadership: Drive daily sales goals, track store performance metrics, and motivate team members to exceed revenue targets.
• Team Development: Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling local store associates.
• Customer Experience: Ensure the team delivers an exceptional, welcoming shopping experience to every visitor at our Park City Center location.
• Daily Operations: Manage opening/closing procedures, cash wrap management, inventory tracking, and stockroom organization.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain overall brand standards, floorset execution, marketing placement, and product replenishment.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of retail management or shift supervisory experience.
• Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak mall hours.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to resolve customer situations effectively and align store staff.
• Technical Savvy: Comfort using modern retail tech including POS systems, handheld inventory devices, and scheduling apps.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk the sales floor, climb ladders, and lift up to 30–50 pounds.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
