Production Lean Specialist - Kaizen & Process Excellence

Clayton Homes (New) seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive lean initiatives on the production floor. You will collect data, perform time studies, map processes, and lead kaizen events to reduce waste and improve productivity and quality. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will update SOPs, facilitate improvement huddles, and coordinate training during equipment rollouts while ensuring real-time visibility of performance metrics and cross-training opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Clayton Homes (New)
