Local CDL-A Driver - PTO accrues from day one

This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.


Job Details:

• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $80,000
• $1-$1.04 per mile
• Load pay: $10 per load
• Stop pay: $6 per stop
• Detention pay: $6 per 15-minutes detention at each stop
• Refused delivery pay: $6 per stop
• Off account work pay: $300-$350 per day
• Miscellaneous hourly work: $16-$24 per hour
• New hire training pay: $200 per day
• Other safety training pay: $20 per hour
• Holiday pay: $200 per day

• Daily home time
• Onsite management
• Paid online orientation
