Cleanroom Assembler | $21.00-$22.00/hour + Benefits | 1st & 2nd Shift Available
Responsibilities:
- This position is primarily responsible for fabricating and assembling various plastic bottles, carboys, tanks, tubing and other products and component fittings to a finished product.
- Welding, bonding, bending and cutting are required and performed to customer specifications in accordance with company standards.
- Develops layout and plans sequence of operation.
- Positions parts in jigs or fixtures or clamps parts along layout marks on work table.
- Selects, marks, cuts or bends material as appropriate and/or per work order instructions.
- Sets up and operates fabricating machines such as hot air welder, mill, drill press, saws, flange forming machines, tubing benders, ultraviolet curing machine and lathe.
- Assembles, constructs, bond and/or weld components per work order.
- Record lot numbers per product/material.
- Cleans finished product with appropriate chemical or other cleaning agent as instructed.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 6+ months in a hands on assembly role
- Prior experience working in a cleanroom environment a plus!
- Able to read and understand drawings, ability to write legibly, good basic math skills
1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm, 6:00am-2:30pm
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm
