Residential HVAC Foreman — Lead Install & Team Mentor

Residential HVAC Foreman Responsibilities Builds positive relationships with customers and team. Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer/Changeout Helpers on proper skills and training of HVAC changeouts and installation jobs. Works with a team to install new HVAC units in residential homes. Completes required paperwork in a timely manner. Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools. Follows all Gunthers Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times. Maintains a positive attitude and supports Gunthers’ Core Values and Mission. Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor. Residential HVAC Foreman Qualifications 4+ years in residential HVAC installs & changeouts. EPA and RMGA certification required. High School Diploma, or GED. Exceptional leadership skills. Professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills. Must pass an HVAC skills test. Experience with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make‑up air units, differential pressure devices, variable frequency drives, and air handler units. Follows Gunthers dress and grooming policies. Gunthers maintains a smoke‑free and vape‑free environment. Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
