Schedule 8-hour Day Shift (36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours). Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing quality patient care in an outpatient setting. Experience in orthopedic care is preferred. Responsibilities Provide evaluations and develop treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients. Deliver therapy interventions and support rehabilitation goals. Manage a caseload with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day. Double-book follow-up visits as necessary to accommodate patient needs. Ensure that any overtime hours are approved by the director before being worked. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
