Technical Recruiter

Recruit and source candidates across the United States for infrastructure and engineering roles that support large-scale cloud and computing services. Partner with hiring managers and lead recruiters to conduct detailed intake discussions, understand role requirements, and define recruiting strategies. Develop and execute sourcing plans by working backwards from hiring goals, using a variety of channels to attract qualified candidates. Manage high-volume sourcing activities, including identifying, engaging, and screening potential candidates. Engage with candidates via email, virtual channels, and phone, dedicating a significant portion of time to direct conversations and relationship-building. Collaborate with internal business stakeholders as primary customers, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles. Maintain ongoing dialogue with candidates and hiring managers to provide updates, gather feedback, and adjust sourcing strategies as needed. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to track candidates, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records. Participate in a structured ramp-up and training program, progressively taking on additional recruiting and sourcing responsibilities over approximately 45 days. Share learnings and best practices with team members, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
