A Day in the Life of a Universal Banker As a Universal Banker, you play a vital role in growing relationships and sharing about the great products and services we offer. You greet customers in a friendly and confident manner and provide valuable assistance. With strong organization, you open and maintain accounts while processing financial transactions. Universal Banker Qualifications High School Diploma 2 years of experience in a customer service or related field Previous banking experience is desired and/or understanding of bank products and services, including the rules, regulations, policies and procedures Flexible schedule Are you a strong communicator? Do you have excellent organization and time management skills? Can you efficiently prioritize multiple tasks? Is attention to detail your strong suit? Are you calm under pressure? Universal Banker Work Schedule Your schedule as a full-time Universal Banker is typically Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with an average of 40 hours per week.
