Are you passionate about agriculture? If so, Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Lu Verne, IA needs you! We seek a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Grain Facility Location Operator .

This operating position boasts a competitive pay of $19.00 - $23.50 per hour based on experience. A $1500 sign-on bonus is included. We are proud to provide the following benefits after a 30-day probation period:

The schedule for this full-time Grain Facility Location Operator position is Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM . Extended hours, including weekends, are necessary during peak season .

YOUR DAY

As a Grain Facility Location Operator, each day brings a dynamic blend of responsibilities that keep our grain operations running smoothly. Each day is spent overseeing the receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every step. While monitoring grain quality and operating equipment you consistently maintain our high service standards. Alongside these tasks, you take pride in keeping our grain facilities and equipment clean and well-maintained, ensuring a safe and productive working environment. During the bustling agronomy season, you seamlessly transition to assisting our agronomy department while showcasing your adaptability and willingness to support the team wherever needed. With your exemplary attendance and proactive attitude, you demonstrate your dedication to the job every day, embodying our commitment to professionalism and positivity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, prolonged periods of standing, working in confined spaces and elevated heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders
• Able to work in conditions such as heat and cold
• Can lift up to 50lbs unassisted
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Maintain a clean driving record
