NOW HIRING: MAINTENANCE TECH SAN ANTONIO, TX | $20.00/HR | WEEKLY PAY Are you experienced with general maintenance, repairs, plumbing, electrical, or building upkeep? Were looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in San Antonio! Maintenance experience is preferred! Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS but NOT required! WHAT WE OFFER $20.00 per hour Weekly pay Direct deposit & debit card payment options Overtime available Training provided Fair chance employer SHIFT & SCHEDULE Day Shift: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM Monday Friday WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Maintenance Tech, youll help keep the facility safe, functional, and in good working condition. Perform routine building maintenance and repairs Repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and drainage problems Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues Maintain building HVAC equipment Perform preventative maintenance to help avoid future problems Identify and address potential safety hazards Paint and touch up areas when needed Assist with general groundskeeping and facility upkeep WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of basic plumbing Basic electrical wiring/troubleshooting skills Basic carpentry and repair skills Groundskeeping experience is a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Physical stamina to remain active throughout the shift Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS, but NOT required Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to pass a background check Authorized to work in the U.S. ABOUT ASCEND STAFFING Ascend Staffing has been connecting great people with real opportunities for over 50 years.
