Caregiver / CNA – 12-Hour Day Shift

Starting at $18/hour | 7 AM–7 PM | One-on-One Senior Care

Looking for consistent daytime hours and a caregiving team that supports you?

2nd Family Home Care is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for 12-hour day shifts in Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, and surrounding communities.

We provide personalized, non-medical care that helps older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

At 2nd Family, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while receiving support from an experienced care team.

What We Offer

12-Hour Day Shifts (7 AM–7 PM) – Longer shifts with fewer workdays
Starting Pay of $18/Hour – Compensation based on experience

What You'll Do

Assist seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide medication reminders
Assist with errands and transportation when required
Communicate changes in client needs to our care team

Committed – Comfortable working full 12-hour daytime shifts
Experienced – Previous senior care experience preferred; dementia or Alzheimer's experience is a plus

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Current CPR certification
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to perform the essential physical duties of caregiving, with reasonable accommodation when applicable
