Location: 10864 Texas Health Trail, Fort Worth, TX

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Permanent

Shift: Full-time 7.5 24-hour shifts/month (can consider 5.5 shifts/month)

Hours/week: Approximately 40 of clinical care

Employment Type: Full-Time, Benefit-Eligible

Licensing: Texas Medical License (active or pending Board Certification or Board Eligible)

Experience: Previous OB hospitalist experience preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $135/hour (~$292,000 annually for full schedule)

What You'll Do

• Manage obstetric patients, including high-risk pregnancies, in collaboration with maternal-fetal medicine specialists
• Conduct OB triage visits, admissions, and attend deliveries (vaginal and C-section)
• Respond promptly to emergencies in labor, delivery, and GYN related situations
• Perform OBED consults and outpatient OB/GYN triage visits
• Collaborate with neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners in Level II NICU settings
• Assist with surgical procedures, including Cesarean sections
• Provide inpatient care and support private call coverage as needed

What You Need

• Active Texas Medical License (or eligible to obtain)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently

• Prior experience as an OB hospitalist or in a hospital-based obstetric setting
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
