Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Job Type: 8month contract with potential to extend

Pay Rate: $45-$55hr DOE plus benefits at 90 days (healthcare/401K)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Hybrid schedule requires in-office attendance Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday , with remote work on Monday and Friday. Additional in-office days may be required.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager Analyst to support a variety of utility-related projects involving Distribution, Overhead, Gas, and Electric Vehicle (EV) initiatives. This role will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and business partners to assist with project coordination, reporting, documentation, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers with project planning, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and other project-related materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain project schedules, and track action items.
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and organizing project data.
• Provide exceptional customer service while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Support multiple utility projects across Distribution, Overhead, Gas, and EV workstreams.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of project coordination, project management support, business operations, or related experience. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly:
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Word
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to reliably commute to the Washington, DC office location and adhere to the hybrid work schedule.
• Candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of the Gallery Place area in Washington, DC.
• This role may transition to a fully onsite position in the future.
