WE'RE HIRING – DENTAL RECEPTIONIST!

Pittsfield Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, motivated, and dependable Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing dental team!

We are seeking someone who is professional, detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service.

• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.

• Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and manage emails.

• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.

• Submit insurance claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and assist with prior authorizations.

• Explain treatment plans, insurance coverage, and patient financial responsibilities.

• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts.

• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.

• Coordinate effectively with dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and management.

• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and productive front desk.

Qualifications

• Previous dental front desk experience preferred.
  
  
• Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and claims processing is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with dental practice management software is preferred.

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working with computers and managing multiple responsibilities.

• Professional, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a busy dental office.

• Willingness to learn and grow with the practice.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with Fridays as needed.

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
