Description:

a Spirit Hospice Chaplain balances expert-level compassion with a sense of vibrancy for life (yes, we laugh  and  cry here). If you're a pro at navigating end-of-life spiritual care with grace and empathy, you might be our kind of people. You'll be the spiritual anchor for patients and families, helping them feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. We value teamwork, communication, snacks in the breakroom during IDT, and most importantly heart. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional care while working with a team that actually utilizes teamwork, we’d love to meet you.

Position Requirements: 

• At least 4 CPE units (Clinical Pastoral Education)
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification
  
• Reliable and legal transportation to and from patient's place of residence
• Hospice or home care experience is a plus, but kindness and reliability matter the most
