Job Details Location: TheraCare Home Health - Fort Worth, Fort Worth, TX 76107 Position Type: PRN Job Category: Physical Therapy Physical Therapist (PT) Home Health – PRN Location: Fort Worth, TX TheraCare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN home health opportunity providing in‑home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients throughout Tarrant County and surrounding areas. This PRN home health PT position is ideal for clinicians looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to provide one‑on‑one patient care in the home setting. Therapists enjoy creating their own schedules while helping patients improve mobility, strength, safety, and overall independence in the comfort of their homes.
