Senior Manager IT Infrastructure

Haemonetics seeks a Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure to lead strategy, delivery, and operations across cloud and on-premises environments. The role owns enterprise infrastructure services including compute, storage, networking, and security while building and developing a high-performing technical team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year infrastructure roadmap aligned with business priorities and cybersecurity requirements
- Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of cloud, network, storage, identity, backup, and endpoint services
- Establish service-level objectives, monitoring, incident response, and continuous-improvement practices
- Lead cloud adoption, automation, and modernization initiatives while optimizing cost and resilience
- Hire, develop, and retain infrastructure professionals with clear objectives and succession planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years progressive IT infrastructure experience across cloud and on-premises environments
- 5+ years in people management with talent development and team leadership
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or comparable cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, Veeam, Linux, PDQ, or VMware
- Experience supporting regulated environments in life sciences or healthcare
- Expertise in networking, compute, storage, virtualization, IAM, backup/recovery, and infrastructure automation
Compensation: $124,300-$211,700 annual
