Full-time Optometrist Needed for a Privately Owned Practice in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country
Job Type:Optometrist - Full time
Subspecialty: Medical Family Practice
Practice Location:Marble Falls, TX
Population:Burnet County - 27k+
Physician/ Population Ratio:Marble Falls 9/1
MD Or Corporate Owned: OD owned
Reason for Job Opening:Growing Practice
Experience Requirement:Open to new grads or experienced providers
Target Compensation:145k/yr or 15% of production
Retirement Program: 401K offered through payroll processor (non-match)
Other Benefits: Malpractice Ins, CE reimbursement; HRA contribution
Relocation:$5k sign-on
Vacation/PTO:year 1 - 10 days; year 2 - 15 days; year 3 - 20 days
Target Start Date:ASAP

Current patient volume: 15 - 20/day total
Support Staff: 5staff
ODs on Staff:1
OD – patient per day expectation: 15 - 20
