Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain management preferred. Experience Requirements Proven experience managing salaried supervisors required. Strong, data-driven approach to KPIs, performance management, continuous improvement, and process improvement. Background leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations, with working knowledge of inventory control, safety compliance, and warehouse management systems (WMS). Forecasting, planning, and cross-functional leadership experience preferred. Physical Capabilities Able to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods. Able to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to fifty pounds. Able to work safely around forklifts, conveyors, and other material handling equipment. Job Duties Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy. Supervise and develop warehouse personnel while driving productivity and performance goals. Maintain workplace safety standards and support continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives. Partner with operations and logistics leaders to resolve issues and strengthen supply chain performance.
