WAREHOUSE CLERK A

Florida Supplement Mon - Fri 8:00AM - 4:30PM TITLE: WAREHOUSE CLERK A POSITION OBJECTIVE: Verify and maintain records of daily incoming shipments daily. Inspect shipment for damage and check items to make sure the items match with the packing list and purchase order invoice and enter in the receiving log and AS400. QUALIFICATIONS Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. Minimum of 2 yrs. experience in Warehouse Shipping and Receiving. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Knowledge of Inventory control system. Experience with Microsoft Outlook. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) of the Company. Comply with safety rules and regulations. Pick raw material and components for Manufacturing and Packaging in accordance with the Job Instruction Pick Ticket. All raw material and components picked for Manufacturing and Packaging must be transferred from wood to plastic pallet then moved to designated Staging Area. All staged jobs must be posted in AS400 immediately after staging. Perform cycle counts on all raw materials and components. Confer or correspond with the Planning Department to rectify any raw material, component shortages, or allocations issues. Deliver stage jobs to departments using forklift, manual or electric pallet jack. Stock put-away released raw materials and components to its designated Warehouse Location. Always maintain a clean and organized work area. Comply with all our food safety and food quality programs, procedures, and policies and references. Follows established procedures including standard operating procedures (SOP’s), cGMP, food safety regulations and safety procedures. May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, ELECTRONIC DEVICES & SOFTWARE Must be able to Operate Forklift. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION Must be able to perform work standing for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
