About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Perform polysomnography and sleep diagnostic studies in accordance with facility protocols
• Monitor and record patient physiological data throughout overnight sleep studies
• Operate and maintain respiratory and neuro diagnostic equipment
• Document findings accurately and communicate results to the clinical team
• Float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed
• Complete required facility modules prior to start and during orientation

• Active California Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP) License required
• Valid state license must be in hand at time of submission; compact license accepted
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• All time-off requests and scheduling needs must be submitted upfront at the time of submittal
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms; candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a reduced rate

• Prior experience working in a travel or contract capacity within a hospital or health system setting
• Familiarity with respiratory and neuro diagnostic workflows in an acute or specialty care environment
• Experience floating between multiple clinical sites or departments
