Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with various physical conditions to restore function and mobility
- Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies for recovery
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Make a real impact on patients' quality of life every day
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active California Physical Therapist license or compact eligible
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Previous experience in an outpatient or acute care setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
- Ability to develop rapport quickly with patients and staff
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Passion for helping others achieve their goals
