What You'll Do:
- Own the Billing Process : Create accurate, timely invoices and ensure our clients are thrilled with your efficiency!
- Be the Go-To Expert : Manage accounts receivable/payable, handle vendor invoices, and take the lead on customer collections.
- Make a Real Impact : Oversee National Accounts Billing, monitor costs, and contribute directly to the financial health of our operations.
- Solve Problems, Drive Results : Collaborate with our Service GM and team to streamline processes, hit deadlines, and enhance customer service.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience & Energy : 2+ years in billing/AP/AR, ideally in construction or service industries, and a drive to excel in everything you do!
- Tech Savviness : Proficiency in MS Office and 365.
