Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area that's looking for an AP Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, who is driven, and who has excellent leadership skills. This company offers a collaborative team, competitive benefits, and flexibility. This position is hybrid.

The salary for this position is $90K - $110K

The AP Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Accounts Payable team and oversee accurate, timely invoice processing and payments.
• Modernize AP workflows by implementing ERP modules and identifying automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain AP policies, procedures, internal controls, and process safeguards.
• Partner with the accounting team to support month-end close and financial reporting deadlines.
• Review AP records, vendor accounts, and payment activity to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze AP data to improve processes, reduce costs, strengthen compliance, and maximize working capital.

The AP Manager will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience, with 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience improving AP processes, implementing ERP systems, and using automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, payment controls, internal controls, sales and use tax, and invoice processing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
