Alex & Co. Consulting LLC is scaling from founder-led to a full client roster — and we need someone who can turn conversations into signed clients. This is a full sales-cycle role: you find the right people, get them on a call, make the case, and close the deal. Every dollar you bring in, you get paid for. What Success Looks Like Twelve months from now, this role has built a reliable pipeline of qualified leads, closed a steady stream of retainers and Leadership Reset Intensives, and become the trusted first point of contact for prospects discovering Alex & Co. Responsibilities Identify and reach out to HR leaders, executives, and business owners who are strong‑fit prospects Run discovery calls that uncover real business pain points Present and pitch our consulting retainer and Leadership Reset Intensive offers Negotiate terms and close signed agreements Hand off closed clients smoothly for engagement kickoff Keep a simple, honest pipeline tracker so we both know where things stand Qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling services or intangibles rather than physical products Comfortable and confident with a commission-only compensation structure Strong verbal and written communication skills Self‑directed — you don't need someone managing your calendar to perform Preferred: Experience selling coaching, consulting, HR, or L&D services Preferred: Existing network of HR or executive-level contacts Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor role — no base salary, no employee benefits. You earn 25–30% of the first month's fee (for retainer clients) or the full fee (for one-time Leadership Reset Intensives) on every deal you close, paid once the client's first payment is received.
