Senior Accountant | Transport & Warehouse Division Location : Hybrid (M-TH onsite, Friday Remote) - Chesterton, IN 46304 We are hiring a Senior Accountant to support month-end close, fixed asset accounting, intercompany reconciliations, and financial reporting for multiple business units. The role will work closely with Operations Accounting and support various finance projects. Key Responsibilities Handle fixed asset accounting including capitalization & depreciation Perform month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Manage intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities Review financial performance, variance analysis, and forecasting support Prepare reports and support cash management initiatives Assist external auditors with financial data and reporting Support and guide offshore accounting team members Work on ad hoc finance and accounting projects Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 4–6 years of general accounting experience Strong experience with fixed assets and intercompany reconciliations Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables Experience handling multiple entities/accounts/locations ERP experience required, Oracle Fusion preferred Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Hornet Staffing, Inc, a GEE Group company
