Fractional HR Consultant

The Fractional HR Consultant will serve as the primary HR resource for a multidisciplinary organization.This consultant will support day to day HR operations, answer employee and leadership questions, and provide guidance as needs and projects arise. The role is designed for a seasoned HR professional who can provide reliable expertise, establish clear availability expectations, and partner closely with executive leadership over an ongoing engagement.

Worksite Location: Hybrid - Minneapolis, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $55-$75, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and leadership HR questions
• Provide guidance on day to day HR operations and best practices
• Support employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
• Advise leadership on HR policies, procedures, and compliance considerations
• Assist with HR projects as they arise, based on organizational needs
• Partner closely with the COO to align HR support with business priorities
• Establish and maintain designated "office hours" or availability expectations
• Ensure HR practices support a positive employee experience and operational consistency

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing end to end HR operations
• Strong working knowledge of HR compliance and employment practices
• Ability to operate independently as a fractional or consulting HR resource
• Excellent communication and responsiveness across all employee levels
• Strong judgment, discretion, and problem solving skills
• Experience supporting organizations without internal HR infrastructure preferred
• Comfort working in a flexible, ebb and flow workload environment
• Healthcare or clinical environment experience is a plus
