This high-impact opportunity offers a 36 hours per week contract in Columbia, SC. Job Requirements: 2+ years of ER experience required SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start ACLS certification required BLS certification required PALS certification required NIH certification required Epic experience required RTO must be included at time of submission Approval can be requested for block scheduling but not guaranteed Local candidates accepted at 10% less the posted bill rate Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Submit RTO at time of submission; late RTO not accepted Previous perm staff must be separated from the MUSC system for 1 year before returning as a traveler Traveler will not be cleared to report until SC license is issued/active Must complete labs within 72 hours of signing if within 90 days of start Must complete all labs prior to any planned vacation during compliance All modules must be completed pre-start MUSC prioritizes non-local candidates first Radius rule is 60 miles Distance Requirements Local radius is 60 miles Other Required Documentation: Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format) Two current clinical references Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months) TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months) Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted) Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations Must pass background check and drug screening What is our culture?
