Processing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Processing Specialist to support data entry, document management, reporting, and administrative functions for our client. What You Will Do:

• Complete accurate and efficient data entry from reports, spreadsheets, and documents
• Review and verify information to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Create daily and status reports for both clients and management
• Ensure information and documentation are distributed in an efficient manner
• Provide administrative support to the department and project team members
• Answer incoming phone calls, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes
• Assist with newsletters and preparation of documents and presentation materials
• Partner with Tier II support when appropriate
• Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
• Ability to enter and maintain registrations within Qualitrac software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and dependability are essential
• Experience providing online technical support (preferred)
• Understanding of medical terminology (preferred)
