Job Qualifications At least 21 years old Availability to work weekends Food Handlers Permit Pay $15-$17/hr plus tips! (Hourly plus tips = average $24-$27/hr) A Day In The Life We run on a crew of 15 - 25 committed team members, with 2 - 8 people scheduled on each shift per trailer, depending on the day of the week. You will have fun as you rotate between the 3 trailers and 1 food truck we have operating :) Who We Are No one would have pegged the two brothers from a hard-working, blue-collar area of Detroit for restaurant owners, but that's exactly what they are. The pizza at Via 313 is inspired by traditional Detroit-Style pies(Cloverleaf, Buddy's, Loui's, Niki's) and the best traditional pizzas in the region.
