Ready for your next opportunity? Join our growing team in Conway, Arkansas, where you'll play a key role in supporting production and driving continuous tooling improvements.

In this role, you will:

• Construct and repair tooling to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Work with metalworking dies, cutting tools, jigs and fixtures, gauges and machinists' hand tools.
• Instruct & Mentor trainees within the department on an as needed basis.
• Read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Support production by optimizing tooling performance.
• Assist Production and Maintenance in troubleshooting and resolving tooling issues.
• Ability to set up die in press for tryout, repair details and set clearances.
• Recognize and makes changes when tooling improvements are needed, complete repairs and assembly tools to ready to run status.
• Ability to make die alterations, recommend tooling improvements and run tool projects.
• Maintain tooling documentation.
