P-Speech Language Pathologist

Position: Speech Language Pathologist Salary Range: $38.00-$47.00/hour Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (No weekend rotation) As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals of all ages improve their communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders. Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and client goals Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, and communication skills Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and educators, to provide comprehensive care for clients Educate clients and their families on strategies to improve communication outside of therapy sessions Stay up-to-date on advancements and changes in the field of speech-language pathology Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Experience working with individuals of all ages and a variety of speech and language disorders Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
