About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Human Resources to lead transformative HR initiatives that foster inclusivity and organizational growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic HR leadership, overseeing HR operations, and developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, promoting equity and inclusion, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The AVP will also supervise and mentor HR team members, enhance performance management systems, and manage recruitment processes to attract top talent. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of ten years of progressive experience in HR management. A Master’s degree is preferred, and professional HR certifications are advantageous. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels. Experience in Title IX coordination or related compliance roles is also beneficial. The role requires a strategic leader who can align workforce strategies with organizational objectives and ensure a culture of inclusivity and excellence.
