As a Pool Service Technician, you’ll be creating aquatic joy, tackling everything from repairs, installations, renovations and cleaning. Compensation & benefits $22-35 per hour, depending on experience. $175 annual footwear allowance after 60 days. Access to a company vehicle during the day to drive to your customers. Flexible schedule with an 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday, starting at 7:30 a.m. Responsibilities Perform repairs, installations, renovations and cleaning of pools and related systems. Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues; apply critical thinking to service tasks. Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service; maintain organization and attention to detail. Demonstrate effective time management and ability to meet deadlines; work well in a team. Personal hand tools are provided by employees; company provides power tools and specialty tools. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in plumbing, repair industry, HVAC or pool/spa industry. Physical Requirements Must be able to frequently lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be able to frequently push or pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Requires the physical ability to use hands, arms, feet and legs for repetitive movements, bending, squatting and reaching. Requires the physical ability to work in varying Midwest temperatures and exposure to chemicals. Requires driving a vehicle with an acceptable driving record.
