Apple Valley Dental Group is looking for a positive, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team in beautiful Front Royal, Virginia! We are searching for someone who enjoys helping people feel comfortable, takes pride in creating an organized clinical environment, and believes that great dentistry starts with great teamwork. Apple Valley Dental Group has been a part of the Front Royal community for decades, providing generational dental care ranging from implants to Invisalign. What You’ll Do As a Dental Assistant, you will help keep the clinical day running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for every patient. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing treatment rooms and instruments Assisting the dentist during procedures Taking dental X-rays, when appropriately certified Reviewing post-treatment instructions with patients Supporting sterilization and infection-control processes Maintaining accurate and complete clinical documentation Helping the team stay on schedule Anticipating the needs of the dentist, patients, and clinical team Jumping in to help wherever needed - because teamwork matters here! Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
