About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their team. This role is pivotal in providing strategic leadership and support across the finance division, with a focus on safeguarding the organization's financial integrity and long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer, serving as a key member of the Operational Leadership Team, and will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring sound stewardship of resources, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and responsive service. The Vice President of Finance will also be involved in shaping and modeling a healthy organizational culture, representing the company in key partnerships, and championing accuracy, timeliness, and integrity across financial processes. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, with a CPA or relevant financial certification preferred. A minimum of 7 years' progressive financial leadership experience, particularly within a global faith-based non-profit organization, is required. The role demands a candidate with a strong spiritual and personal commitment, as it involves regular work-related spiritual activities and a focus on biblical values. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, including experience with planned giving administration, and a deep understanding of the mission and vision of the organization.
