Ambulatory Care RN — Patient Care & Clinic Support

Care-For-the-Homeless- seeks a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team providing clinical support in accordance with NYS standards and PCMH principles. The RN will manage patient flow, assist with exams, administer vaccines, and perform point-of-care testing under supervision. Requirements include NYS RN licensure and BLS; ambulatory care or similar setting experience is preferred.
