Nutrition Aide (Part-Time)Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDExperience in Food Service Preparation in an institutional settingResponsibilities/Duties:Prepare food for the children's meals that is delivered by the food service agency. Become familiar with daily classroom routine and Head Start philosophy and mission.Terms of EmploymentConditions of Employment: Luzerne County Head Start requires staff to possess current, valid Background Clearances (3) per state/federal laws and regulations. Proof of education and credentials meeting the minimum qualifications of the job.Location:Head Start Center locations at & Salary: Part Time/10-month school year position- August-June annually, with an established summer break between school years.
